Where   we   are   now

Dr Edwin Garcia, the president of the Humanitarian & Medical Relief Foundation, begins his philanthropic work, helping those who couldn't afford medical care.

Helping them in any ailments they had.
He didn't stop at helping others with medical care, he took one step forward, and decided to give even more to those in need, from clothes to food, Dr Edwin Garcia is always helping others.

​From the depths of Venezuela the president of Humanitarian & Medical Relief Foundation, Dr. Garcia is here to help, he has over 25 years of experience in Medicine, Medical Management and even more in helping others, innovator and friend are just one of the few words used to describe Dr. Garcia.

Author of the Global Satellite Remote Diagnosis Mobile Telemedicine Unit Program,
 invention registered and patented in the United States of America under his name, Inventor of a Telemedicine Device (in progress), creator of many Health Programs, Co-author of a Bilingual Nursing Assistant Certification Program and so forth.

​Mrs. Garcia an Economist graduated 20 years ago, with the experience and knowledge to keep any business afloat, she has trained and managed over one thousand employees giving them the tools to succeed in their respective areas.


With a heart of gold, she deals with the humanitarian part of the organization improving it every day so it works better for us and the people in need of it, so if you have any inquiries about this, contact Mrs Garcia, and she'll be happy to help and assist you.
