We are Foreign-Licensed Physician's represented for Humanitarian & Medical Relief Foundation under the name of "TALENTS THAT SAVES LIVES" as a main part of a research work that began in 2001 with the "Foreign Physicians Institute Project" created and Directed by Dr EDWIN GARCIA, with compilation of government information.

We have graduated from accredited Medical Colleges listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools and accredited by the Educational Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), all residents in the United States of America.

Our purpose is to address our nation’s Primary Care Physicians’ shortage in Medically Underserved Areas/Population (MUA), according the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and Department of Health & Human Service. The American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) have anticipated in 2012 the current Physicians’ shortage up to 90,000 doctors in 2020, with projections that indicates a shortage of up to 120,000 by 2032 (posted November 2019).

We also are requesting permission to assist with the current COVID-19 Pandemic under the National Emergency Act.

We represent an immediate relief for the current health professional shortage in the US. We are skilled and trained Medical Doctors with many years of experience in Clinical and Surgical Specialties and Subspecialties, most with a large trajectory of successful careers.
